Some hosting plans only allow one domain. (meaning a single domain points to the hosting)
Some allow add-on domains, where you can have two domains pointing to the same place (two separate domains point to the same physical page)
Some also allow add on sites, where you can specify a sub directory for another site hosted in the same space (two separate domains point to two completely separate web pages, but that are hosted in teh same physical space)
Your best bet is to email or call the hosting company and ask.
Depends on how the hosting package is setup.
